The Featherweight Power Chair is the easiest power wheelchair to transport. The Featherweight weighs just 33 lbs. making it very easy to lift. When folded, the Featherweight is an easy to manage 28” tall, 29” from front to back and 14” wide when folded. Those dimensions make the Featherweight easy to store in most any trunk or closet. What Makes This Different A lithium ion battery helps keep the weight at a minimum but also provides a very welcome 13 mile charge range. The Featherweight has the ability to climb an 8° incline and achieve a speed of up to 4 MPH. The Featherweight is approved for airplane transport. Why We Like It The Featherweight is not just lightweight and compact. The wheelchair is very comfortable with 1” thick padding for both the seat and the backrest. Flat-free tires ensure you will have a smooth ride while not having to fill the tires with air or worry about getting a puncture.
