MAC Pool Chair

The S.R. Smith MAC (Mobile Aquatic Chair) is a purpose-built solution designed to enhance accessibility at pools, aquatic centers, and therapy facilities. Engineered with both comfort and compliance in mind, the MAC allows individuals with mobility challenges to enter and exit pools safely and independently. Whether for aquatic therapy, recreation, or exercise, The Mobile Aquatic Chair, is designed to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines for aquatic facilities . It has a powder coated stainless steel frame that is built to resist corrosion and provide years of use. The MAC has a rigid 18 wide seat and flip-up arms to facilitate easier patient transfers. And with large rear wheels the patient is able to independently enter the pool via a ramp or zero-depth entry. The MAC also features rear anti-tips, patient operated wheel locks and a seat belt.
