The TRANSITIONS® Angled Entry Plate is a portable, stand-alone threshold plate with an applied slip-resistant surface that offers superior traction in varying weather conditions. This single-piece, formed aluminum plate helps to eliminate trip hazards for mobility device users entering or exiting through doorways with raised thresholds. The Angled Entry Plate is available in 8, 10, & 12 lengths. The 1-piece design means no assembly or moveable parts; just install the plate in the desired position and it’s ready for use. The TRANSITIONS® Angled Entry Plate must be fastened to the landing or threshold before use. Some installation is required and all necessary hardware is provided with your Angled Entry Plate.
