What You Need to Know When Ordering When your scooter arrives, before using it for the first time, you must turn on the circuit breaker switch which is located underneath the seat. To access the circuit breaker, insert the key into the rear trunk lock using the ignition key, and turn the key counterclockwise (left). You will hear the seat latch release, and you can now lift the back of the seat to access the blue circuit breaker.
