What Makes It Different The Afiscooter C has a standard LED lighting package that features smart brakelights which turn off after five seconds of idling for a longer battery life. You’ll also have turn signals and rear-view mirrors on each side.  The standard batteries have a top speed of 9.3 MPH and an incredible drive range up to 31 miles.
